Brinto ("Brinto", "we", "us") is a personal buying-decision app operated by Ensueno Technologies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We built Brinto on a simple promise: your financial data is yours, and we never sell or share it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account — your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code. We do not use passwords.
- Financial details you enter — income, recurring expenses, EMIs/debts, savings and investments, goals, and the spending you log. You choose what to add.
- Photos you scan — when you use the Decide, wardrobe or receipt features, the image is processed to identify the product, price or items. Photos are processed for that purpose and not used for advertising.
- Decisions — a history of the buying calls you make in the app (what you considered, and what you chose).
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data needed to run the service (e.g. app version, error diagnostics). We do not build advertising profiles.
2. How we use your information
- To power the core features — calculating your buying capacity, weighing a purchase, and giving you a decision.
- To sign you in securely (email one-time codes).
- To sync your data across your sessions and devices.
- To keep the service working, secure, and to fix problems.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, banks, lenders, or data brokers.
3. Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of trusted processors strictly to operate Brinto. They process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for these purposes:
- Cloud hosting & database — to store your account and app data securely.
- Email delivery — to send your sign-in codes.
- AI image analysis — to read products, prices and items from the photos you scan. Images are sent for processing to return a result and are not used to target ads.
4. How your data is protected
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Your account data is isolated to your profile; logging out clears the local copy on your device.
5. Your choices and rights
- Edit or delete entries at any time inside the app.
- Clear all data — the in-app option wipes your data and restarts setup.
- Delete your account — email us and we will delete your account and associated data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or export your data. Contact us to exercise them.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (or clear all data), we remove your associated personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
7. Children
Brinto is intended for adults (18+) managing their own finances. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Not financial advice
Brinto provides informational guidance to help you make your own decisions. It is not a licensed financial advisor, and its suggestions are not professional financial, investment, or credit advice.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
